Nollywood actress and social media influencer, Uche Ogbodo has called out her male friends who abandoned her after she got married.

The mother of two revealed that many of her close male friends have abandoned her since she got married and couldn’t even congratulate her.

The actress wondered if they’re jealous of her marital status or the men in question have crush on her, but wasn’t able to tell her before she got married.

Sharing a video on her Instagram page, Uche Ogbodo said: “Why is it that when a woman gets married all her friends mostly her male friends become incommunicado. It is that the male friends are jealous that you have moved on permanently with another man or they can’t stand you being married like did they want to marry you before and didn’t say it.

“Or did they wish you bad of wish you remain single for the rest of your life. Most of them don’t have love to give me and don’t want me to have it.

“I want to call out my good friends. Since I got married to tell me congratulations is hard. What happened? You don’t want me to marry if be happy”.

Captioning the video, “Have a question please, why do men sideline their female friends as soon as they got hooked or married?”.

Wakadaily reported that on January 6 that the actress wedded her younger lover, Bobby Marris in a private traditional ceremony.

Uche Ogbodo and Bobby Maris tied the knot traditionally on January 5, at her hometown in Imo State.
