The entertainment industry has been thrown into mourning following the death of Nollywood actor, Afeez Agoro Oladimeji, also known as the tallest man in Nigeria.

The 48-year-old reportedly died on Wednesday night after battling with an ailment known as Acromegaly.

A Twitter influencer, Pamilerin Adegoke, made this  known on Thursday.

He wrote: “Nigerian tallest man Afeez Agoro Oladimeji is dead after suffering from prolonged sickness.”

Afeez Agoro Oladimeji was confirmed dead at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) where he was rushed to, after he developed some complications.

Beforw his death, Oladimeji, whose height is 2.25 metres (7 ft 4 in), born in Sabo Yaba, Lagos State.
