‘You are growing up to understand that I remain your father’ – Lanre Gentry slam Mercy Aigbe

Lanre Gentry, the ex- husband of Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe Adeoti, has slammed her on their son Juwon’s 14th birthday, which falls on June 18th, 2024.

Lanre Gentry posted adorable pictures of his son on his Instagram account and expressed his love for him with heartfelt words.

He also wished for a lasting bond between them as father and son. In the midst of accusing Mercy Aigbe of attempting to separate him from his son, the proud father confidently emphasized that his role as the celebrant’s father remains unchanged.

Lanre Gentry is happy that his son is maturing and developing the ability to comprehend, recognize, and approach him for any matter without needing his mother to intervene.

He wrote, “Happy birthday to my dear son Olajuwon Gentry,no matter how your mother try to take you away from me ,I still remain your father and am happy you are growing up to understand that I remain your father and to come back to me to ask for anything without your mother asking by herself. I cherish you, my son, a long life to you and me as your father”

In the meantime, Mercy Aigbe expressed her love and prayers for her son as he turned a year older, and she shared their beautiful photos to commemorate the occasion.

The recently married mother of two was full of joy as she showered her 14-year-old son with affectionate words.

Meanwhile, Mercy Aigbe’s husband, Kazim Adeoti, is celebrating Eid with his first wife, Funsho Adeoti, and their children in the United States.

When photos of Kazim Adeoti with his children surfaced online, there were mixed reactions on the internet. Mercy Aigbe responded to the post by expressing her love with heart emojis, indicating that love exists in their home. Her husband responded affectionately.

Prior to this, Mercy Aigbe had claimed her husband by sharing their photos and addressing them with their respective titles, Baba Adinni and Arowishadinni.

She also wished her followers a happy Eid Mubarak on behalf of herself and her husband, praying that God grants their heart’s desires during this festive season.
