Nonye Toria, from a royal lineage in Delta State, Nigeria, has a rich cultural and musical background. She played the flute as a child, she was part of the Sarafina Musical at Dominican Primary School, and in 2006, she joined the Mo-Town Band at Berkshire College, Langley, UK.
As a member of the band, she performed covers from “The Temptation”, “Johnny Cash”, and some old-school blues. She has also featured in some episodes of “EastEnders”, a popular TV drama in Britain.
